Shipping and Returns

We currently only ship within the United States. All orders under $50 will have a $5 flat rate shipping fee, while orders over $50 receive free shipping. 

We do accept returns! In order to qualify for a return, your bracelet(s) must be unworn/unused and in the condition you received it in and initiated within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us at info@liloandme.com with your order number and return details to initiate your return. Please note that all returns will be charged a $5 shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund unless it is being exchanged for something of equal value.
