Shipping and Returns

We currently only ship within the United States. All orders under $50 will have a $5 flat rate shipping fee, while orders over $50 receive free shipping. Please expect shipping delays during the holidays. 

We do accept returns! In order to qualify for a return, your bracelet(s) must be unworn/unused and in the condition you received it in and initiated within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us at info@liloandme.com with your order number and return details to initiate your return. Please note that all returns will be charged a $5 shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund unless it is being exchanged for something of equal value.

All orders will be packaged with one jewelry pouch PER DIFFERENT SIZE ORDERED. If you would like more jewelry pouches for gifting etc., please add more to your cart. They are located at the bottom of our product page.
