Refund policy

We know that sometimes you need to return an item and we get that. Our return policy is that you may return any item as long as it is unworn, unused, and in the condition that you received it in. 

You have 14 days to initiate a return once received. Please email info@liloandme.com with your order number to initiate your return. You will be charged a shipping return fee that will be taken off of your refunded amount.
